Renforcer les liens communautaires : notre partenariat avec l'OMHM \u00e0 Lachine<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Nous sommes fiers de mettre en avant notre partenariat avec l'Office Municipal d'Habitation de Montr\u00e9al (OMHM) \u00e0 Lachine<\/strong>, lanc\u00e9 en septembre, qui nous a permis d'\u00e9largir nos efforts de sensibilisation \u00e0 cinq r\u00e9sidences pour a\u00een\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette initiative, le Centre 50+ La Th\u00e9i\u00e8re renforce les liens communautaires et garantit que les adultes \u00e2g\u00e9s ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des services essentiels et \u00e0 des opportunit\u00e9s de participation communautaire.<\/p>\n

De septembre \u00e0 novembre<\/strong>, notre initiative Porte-\u00e0-porte<\/strong> a permis de rencontrer individuellement plus de 300 r\u00e9sidents<\/strong> dans chaque r\u00e9sidence, nous offrant ainsi l'occasion d'engager des discussions directes, de comprendre leurs besoins et de leur pr\u00e9senter nos services. Par la suite, nous avons organis\u00e9 des rassemblements pour partager notre mission et collaborer avec les membres des comit\u00e9s de r\u00e9sidents, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi l'implication communautaire et le plaidoyer.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes heureux de constater que les r\u00e9sidents ont accueilli favorablement nos services hebdomadaires,<\/strong>, cr\u00e9ant des liens directs et offrant une plateforme pour un dialogue ouvert. Ce partenariat nous a permis de fournir des services de plaidoyer essentiels, des ressources et des opportunit\u00e9s pour les a\u00een\u00e9s de faire entendre leurs aspirations<\/strong> concernant l'am\u00e9lioration de leurs conditions de vie.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 du soutien en r\u00e9sidence, nous reconnaissons l'importance d'offrir des sorties et des activit\u00e9s sociales<\/strong> pour briser l'isolement. Notre sortie \u00e0 la Cabane \u00e0 sucre<\/strong> est un exemple de la mani\u00e8re dont nous cr\u00e9ons des occasions pour les a\u00een\u00e9s de se connecter, de partager des exp\u00e9riences et de s'engager avec la communaut\u00e9 plus large.<\/p>\n

Cette collaboration a eu un impact significatif sur certains des membres les plus vuln\u00e9rables de notre communaut\u00e9. En apportant les services directement aux a\u00een\u00e9s et en encourageant leur participation \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s en dehors de leurs r\u00e9sidences, nous contribuons \u00e0 \u00e9duire l'isolement, \u00e0 promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre et \u00e0 renforcer les liens communautaires.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
