Cette initiative importante r\u00e9unit des partenaires communautaires et institutionnels afin de mieux comprendre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des personnes vivant ou \u00e0 risque de vivre l\u2019itin\u00e9rance et de d\u00e9velopper des solutions coordonn\u00e9es et durables.<\/h3>\n<h3>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre participation, nous amplifions les voix, les besoins et les exp\u00e9riences des personnes a\u00een\u00e9es, en d\u00e9fendant leur droit de vivre avec dignit\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et au sein de leur communaut\u00e9. Nous nous engageons \u00e0 ce que les personnes a\u00een\u00e9es ne soient pas laiss\u00e9es de c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans les discussions et les actions visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir l\u2019itin\u00e9rance.<\/h3>\n<h3>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du logement n\u2019est pas seulement une question d\u2019abri\u202f; c\u2019est aussi une question de sant\u00e9 mentale, de dignit\u00e9 et de communaut\u00e9.
