Au <\/span>La Centre de La Th\u00e9i\u00e8re 50+<\/b>, nous sommes fiers de mener des initiatives qui permettent aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de vivre dans la dignit\u00e9, l'autonomie et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre projet <\/span>\u00ab Autonomie et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re pour les plus de 50 ans \u00bb<\/b> soutenu financi\u00e8rement par la <\/span>Fondation Jeannine Esther, le Programme de soutien aux organismes communautaires (PSOC) et la Fondation Grace Dart.<\/span><\/i>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nous accompagnons les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de Lachine dans la complexit\u00e9 des programmes gouvernementaux. De l\u2019aide fiscale bilingue aux demandes de logement, nous offrons un soutien \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e afin de nous assurer que nos membres re\u00e7oivent l\u2019ensemble des prestations financi\u00e8res auxquelles ils ont droit. Ce travail est essentiel pour permettre \u00e0 notre communaut\u00e9 de vivre avec dignit\u00e9 et ind\u00e9pendance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le projet s\u2019attaque aux causes profondes de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re en aidant les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es \u00e0 maintenir un logement stable, \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des programmes sociaux et de sant\u00e9 essentiels, et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la fracture num\u00e9rique. Au c\u0153ur de son succ\u00e8s se trouve le lien humain cr\u00e9\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019intervention, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9 et \u00e0 une collaboration \u00e9troite avec les partenaires locaux.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Impliquer <\/span>le personnel et des stagiaires<\/b> en travail social et en comptabilit\u00e9, en partenariat avec des organismes locaux, dont<\/span> Carrefour d\u2019entraide, Coviq, le Comit\u00e9 de logement LaSalle, le Comit\u00e9 de logement Lachine et le Projet R\u00e9seau \u00c9clair\u00e9.<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
