Pour les adultes de 50 ans et plus, les r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 faible revenu et les personnes ayant des contraintes de mobilit\u00e9, se d\u00e9placer hors de Lachine pour des soins infirmiers de base, des prises de sang ou des suivis de routine n'est pas simplement inconfortable \u2014 cela menace directement la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre de la population.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plaider directement aupr\u00e8s de Sant\u00e9 Qu\u00e9bec et du CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al pour l'obtention d'un CLSC permanent et enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9 ici m\u00eame, \u00e0 Lachine, constitue une priorit\u00e9 absolue pour le d\u00e9veloppement communautaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Enjeux cl\u00e9s et notre plan d'action :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Le probl\u00e8me<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Le d\u00e9placement temporaire des services de routine force les r\u00e9sidents vuln\u00e9rables de Lachine \u00e0 emprunter un r\u00e9seau de transport en commun complexe pour se rendre \u00e0 LaSalle, ce qui nuit \u00e0 un acc\u00e8s juste et \u00e9quitable aux soins de sant\u00e9 locaux.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>L'objectif du plaidoyer :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Nous exigeons que Sant\u00e9 Qu\u00e9bec donne la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u00e9tablissement permanent du CLSC, enti\u00e8rement accessible et situ\u00e9 au centre de Lachine, afin de ramener sous un m\u00eame toit local les soins infirmiers de routine, les \u00e9valuations de soutien \u00e0 domicile et les services sociaux.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mobiliser ensemble<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Le v\u00e9ritable changement s'op\u00e8re lorsque la communaut\u00e9 parle d'une seule voix. Nous avons engag\u00e9 des discussions avec Concert'Action Lachine et la Table 50+ Lachine-Dorval pour mobiliser les r\u00e9sidents et les partenaires de l'arrondissement afin d'agir ensemble.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>La force de la communaut\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: En nous unissant \u00e0 nos partenaires, nous rassemblons la voix des a\u00een\u00e9s pour tenir les autorit\u00e9s de sant\u00e9 responsables et veiller \u00e0 ce que Lachine ne soit pas laiss\u00e9e pour compte.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Comment vous pouvez aider<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Vous souhaitez faire entendre votre voix dans le cadre de cette campagne ou raconter comment le d\u00e9placement du CLSC vous a touch\u00e9\u00b7e ?
