Our Community Support Team provides individual support in partnership with the public sector and community agencies to ensure the best service and support available.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • In-home Intakes & Assessments
  • Reassurance Calls
  • Referrals
  • Advocacy
  • Assistance with Forms
  • Crisis Intervention
Please note that anyone interested in benefiting from The Teapot’s services must consult with the Community Support Coordinator via phone or in person before receiving services.
