This group provides an opportunity for members to develop new cooking skills in a supportive environment (by learning the steps to make a main meal & dessert); followed by a discussion about a nutrition- or health-related topic. The discussion aims to provide information on how to grow older healthily. You do not need to have prior cooking knowledge to participate in this program.
