Senior Wellness Workshop (Topic: Healing through Sleep)

This workshop will focus on understanding how our bodies rest, heal, and recuperate through a healthy sleep and rest cycle. We will also learn useful techniques to help us have a better sleep and feel more restful. Members will get to enjoy a guided Yoga Nidra routine for sleep and relaxation at the end of the class. Please bring a yoga mat and a small blanket to this workshop; it is also possible to do this activity with a chair.
