This unique concept of unconditional laughter - to laugh for no reason without relying on humour, jokes or comedy. Laughter is initiated to create childlike playfulness while maintaining eye contact with others. It is called yoga as yoga breath techniques pranayama are used to bring more oxygen to the body and the brain. The practice has many health benefits and it creates positive energy. Come share the laughter!
