“We don't know all the stresses you've been through, but we do know that reflexology may help you deal with whatever comes up”. In this workshop, this small group will learn the basics of reflexology; following this short presentation, members will be offered a 20 minute individual reflexology consultation (members waiting for their consultation will be able to grab a coffee while they wait). *Disclaimer: Reflexology is not for those with severe varicose veins, phlebitis or warts.
