In this one-hour hands-on workshop, participants will experience and try
out different mindfulness exercises and tools learnt throughout this
activity. Members will learn how mindfulness techniques can: reduce
stress, aid in pain management, improve concentration and memory,
improve clarity and decision making, improve mental and emotional
balance as well as develop a natural resilience and immunity. Following
this workshop, each participant will get a full mindfulness guide with all
the exercises and tools to incorporate it into their daily lives. Come learn
the practice of mindfulness to be happier and healthier.
